Plotted Postcards

The other day I was dreaming about tattoo’s and in particular traditional flash art. This is a rich area for interpretation and inspiration. An image of a swallow caught my attention and is a classic, simple, and memorable design.

There is a lot of opportunity in a plot like this to really experiment with different settings in Drawbotv3. It can really be a time sink to be adjusting this setting and that to get what you want. the program does a good job with WYSIWYG. I do think that when the plot is down on the postcard it has some different feel. This is one where I was satisfied with the version on the screen. Now that I can look at the plot, I think there are some ways to give this a more rich feel.
